Commonwealth came and replaced our roof last week and we couldn't be happier. They not only came in at a much better price than the first place that looked at it, but they were efficient and the place looks beautiful. We reside in Andover and will always trust the words of our friends, who recommended to talk to Alex at Commonwealth, and we are so happy that we did! He talked us through the whole process and were in and out in ONE DAY!!! You would have never knows they were even there, unless you saw our new roof. Thank you so much Commonwealth!!!

Alex and the whole team at Commonwealth did an amazing job on our roof! They thoroughly inspected and repaired damage and replaced our entire roof. They were great communicating along the way- were up front with unexpected issues that arose and were transparent and trustworthy the whole process. The team was all very kind and neat as well. This company is great and I mean great. I live in Florida and was trying to find a contractor up in the Boston area who would accept my proposal of putting a new roof on my son's house in Newburyport, MA. This meant paying by way of my bank here in Florida to Commonwealth Roofing and Siding. I received a call from Alex, and he said they were willing for this project to be done by way of payment from Florida. I cannot say enough about Alex, his communications with me and my son were unbelievable. My son's roof and gutters were done in one day. My son said they arrived on time and worked until the roof was done. As for price my husband and I were very surprised and pleased. Very reasonable. I cannot say enough how happy we chose Commonwealth Roofing and Siding. Thank you, Alex, for everything. We are now having Commonwealth Roofing and Siding giving us a proposal for new deck, rails and stairs at my son's home. When the project started, the crew showed up exactly on time and worked incredibly hard. They completed the full roof replacement in just two days, working roughly twelve-hour shifts each day. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. They also did a thorough job protecting the property, carefully placing tarps around the house to minimize mess and debris. After the work was completed, they performed multiple magnetic sweeps to make sure nails and leftover materials were cleaned up properly. Overall, we are very happy with the experience and would absolutely recommend Commonwealth Roofing and Siding to anyone looking for a professional and detail-oriented roofing company.
